Who We Are

Diane White Consulting assists individuals and organizations streamline their payroll and accounting operations by offering services that best meet their organizational goals.  We recognize that the payroll and accounting are meticulous and detail-oriented processes -- governed by statutory regulations; a minor error can result in expensive damages.  We are here to help mitigate those risks.

What We Offer 

Our services were developed by professionals with over 20 years of payroll and accounting management experience who have firsthand experience with the obstacles that an organization may face when processing their payroll and creating processes within accounting operations.  Keeping those obstacles in mind we have developed a suite of services that may be selected based on your organization’s goals.

LATRACE WHITE

Latrace started her early career in accounting working in the professional sports industry as an Accounting Clerk.  Here is where she learned accounting principles and developed a diverse set of skills by eventually working in every capacity in the Accounting Department.

 

Even though she touched every function of the accounting process, payroll captured her attention the most. Since payroll encompassed all that she had learned thus far, it stretched her and required her skillset to maintain its accuracy. After obtaining her bachelor’s, she worked freelance for small businesses and academia. Shortly after, she started working as a Payroll Accountant for a broker-dealer in New York City. 

As her responsibilities grew and she became Payroll Manager; it was this role, she could fully utilize her skill set and hone in on her process improvement skills. Here is where her desire to help organizations streamline and improve their processes was born. Throughout her career, she understood the importance of processes being streamlined and the interrelationship between them, and if one process was broken, it could be vital to the organization’s success.

 

Latrace’s firsthand experience with the challenges that organizations face surrounding the accounting and payroll process inspired her to create a suite of services to better maintain its reputation and confidence.


Latrace has 20 years of Payroll and Accounting experience and holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA in Executive Management.
